Portfolio Valuation and Restructuring Advice
We provide, either in the form of a single 'Advisory Report', or as an ongoing day-to-day service, general portfolio valuation and restructuring advice for Clients' Assets and Portfolios. We dissect the various elements of the portfolio, analyse valuation merits of all parts, and advise on strategy as to how to enhance existing holdings. This may involve (but is not limited to) the altering of tenant mixes, changing of asset classes, reviewing local management appointments and decisions on disposals and acquisitions.

Investments and Acquisitions
Assist Clients with targeting Acquisitions and Investments, narrowing target selections, liaising with agents, deal closing, handling of professional advisers and streamlining the transaction process.

Aliyah Transition Handling
We provide Clients with Smooth Transition Handling of UK Real Estate holdings during Aliyah Process. Pealex will 'Welcome you to Israel' with your own personal Portfolio Review Presentation. After your Aliyah, we contribute to you settling in Israel successfully, by providing you with our Post Aliyah-UK Real Estate Business Planning.
