We advise Clients in person, in a Concierge style, on existing UK Portfolios, and also service those clients interested in building up Real Estate Holdings in the UK whilst also taking advantage of the weak Sterling-Shekel Rate.

Pealex's Managing Director, Alex Azariah Pearlman, is BSc (Hons) MRICS Qualified and has served at the highest level of UK Real Estate for over fifteen years.
Alex was Head of Jones Lang LaSalle's London West End Investment Agency - Private UK & Middle Eastern Client Desk. He had exclusive opportunities to network across all Investment Teams within the UK for many years and has serviced both Institutional Funds and High Net-worth Property Families from Israel and Britain.
Alex also has many professional years at Cluttons, Glennys, and JLL, and is highly experienced in the fields of Asset Management, Valuation Advisory, Portfolio Enhancement Strategy, Disposals, Acquisitions and Investment Agency. Contact: ap@pealex.com
